A year ago, the National Chamber of Tourism of Costa Rica – CANATUR – ventured into the development of a new initiative, geared towards networking its members with Tour Operators and the general public that attend the major travel events of the world.

Today seasoned with greater vitality, experience and representation we are proud to present the Second Edition of this endeavor; in which the profile of the over 600 travel companies that embody the National Chamber of Tourism of Costa Rica are listed in this directory.

This 92 page directory is the definitive Who's Who of the Costa Rica Travel Industry and is teeming with information that contemplates the distinct attractions of Costa Rica - see information pages, as well as a listing with contact information for all the member companies of CANATUR - Membership.

The Costa Rica of today provides the world with a solemn commitment towards the preservation of its natural resources that are at the same time, the primary attraction of its travel industry. As a leader in the economy of the country, the industry has also taken on the responsibility of sustainable management of those resources, as evidenced by the fact that the travel sector is the first of the country to become neutral in Carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions.
