Real estate investment caters towards beaches and the countryside

In an effort to increase the potential for investment, Panama offers new alternatives on the beach an in the countryside. These alternatives will be present at the second edition of the international real estate fair American Real Estate Expo (AREexpo) to be held in the country.

The expo will promote sales of properties in the American continent and training for the market of international real estate agents.

This year, nearly 150 investors will gather to meet with 50 exhibitors that maintain property portfolios in Costa Rica, Belize, Panama, Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Florida.

The first AREexpo took place in February this year in Costa Rica, selected as venue due to its high degree of interest for organized investors principally from the United States and Canada.
