DayStar Properties broadens presence in Jacó

DayStar Properties is planning to build four more projects in Jacó, Costa Rica.
This United States developer is considered to be the principal developer of condo-hotels in the Central Pacific region of the country.

The projects to be built will add 400 condos to the three existing projects of the company in the region while creating nearly 500 new jobs.

These projects are set apart by being beachfront and plans include creating diverse leisure activities for tourists, especially sports related. DayStar forecasts the termination of these projects within the next three years.
